Konstnärscentrum is an artist-run organization dedicated to strengthening and promoting the role of the professional artist in Sweden.

Founded in 1963, Konstnärscentrum commissions, produces and curates contemporary art projects within the public sphere. Our mission is to strengthen the artists' labor market and to debate and create new job opportunities for artists.

Are you an artist? Become a member! Our members are professional artists who work and/or are based in Sweden. To our members, Konstnärscentrum is a social, further educational and supportive resource. We offer professional community, further education, social activities and smaller financial support such as sketch grants for innovative artistic work.
