I am interested in depicting life that I observe around me, people, places, objects. I look at them through the prism of time and my personal memory fragments. Memory is like a collection box where I store past events. Some of them are stored as different senses. But whether a memory is in a smell I am storing, a sense of a touch, or a sound, it always brings a visual image along with it. I can go through my memory box and see frames passing by, like those in a zoetrope. Some images are repeated. Events and places differ, people remain the same. One day merges into another. I can capture a certain moment, apply this moment into the surface (paper, etc.) breaking the speed of time into reversible segments.
