Alexandra Ravskaya

Alexandra Ravskaya, artist from Ukraine, was born in Odesa in 1995. Firstly, she graduated from Odesa Art Lyceum of K. K. Kostandi in 2012 and then from Odesa State Academy of Building and Architecture, the Faculty of Fine Art in 2016 (bachelor degree). She started drawing at early age. She is a figurative artist, but at the same time she gets a lot of inspiration from abstract paintings, and folk art. Works with paints on canvas. Also she works with wood, namely she creates reliefs. She enjoys of working with natural materials and mix sculpture with painting. In the end of 2022 she came to Sweden with her husband to the art residency (SWAN). And since then they live and work in Sweden, mostly in Stockholm.
